- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons of old-fashioned oats, gf if needed
- 2 tablespoons of shredded toasted coconut, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon milled flax seeds
- 1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)
- handful of ice (optional)

- Mix up your matcha by whisking 1 teaspoon of matcha with 1 teaspoon of hot, boiled water until foamy and blended together. Set aside.
- Add all ingredients in a blender including the milk of your choice, yogurt, frozen banana, almond butter, oats, toasted coconut, flax, vanilla extract, matcha, cinnamon, protein powder and ice (if using). Blend on medium for 30 seconds and then high until completely smooth, about 1 minute total.
- Pour into your favourite smoothie jar or glass and enjoy!
