Flocons d'avoine de chia à l'espresso du jour au lendemain

ingrédients

  • ½ cup cashew milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)

  1. In a mason jar, combine the cashew milk, espresso, oats, chia seeds,vanilla extract, almond butter and the optional maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Cover the jar, tighten the lid, and shake for around 30 seconds until well mixed.
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy with additional toppings of your choice. You could use an extra spoonful of almond butter, berries,cinnamon, or cacao nibs.

Notes

  • If you don’t have espresso, you could also use ¼ cup of cold brew coffee, drip coffee, or whatever method you use at home!
  • The pumpkin pie spice is a nicetouch for fall that adds a warm flavour for breakfast. Feel free to opt out if you’d prefer.
