Mocktini à l'espresso

ingrédients

  • 1 shot espresso (or ¼ cup of strong black coffee)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • cubed ice

  1. In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add ice, coconut cream, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into the glass of your choice and garnish with espresso beans if so desired.
