Holiday Spice Espresso Mocktini

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso (or ¼ cup of strong black coffee)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • cubed ice

Directions

  1. With a mason jar or a cocktail shaker, add your coconut cream, cinnamon, and allspice and use a milk frother or a whisk to blend together.
  2. Then add in ice, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into the glass of your choice and garnish with espresso beans if so desired.
