Celebrate National Pizza Day with this crispy, chicken-based high-protein pizza crust. This pizza is a nourishing, liver-friendly option that the whole family will love, delivering all the cheesy, comforting pizza flavor in an easy and satisfying meal.

- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, lightly shredded
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- your choice of toppings
- 5-10 fresh basil leaves (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a food processor, combine the lightly shredded chicken, beaten eggs, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning. Blend until fully mixed and the chicken is finely minced.
- Using an oven-safe skillet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, press the mixture down into your desired shape with your fingertips, keeping a relatively consistent thickness.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes* until the crust is firm and begins to brown. If the crust feels too soft, continue to bake in small increments for another 2-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread a layer of pizza sauce across the crust, leaving a small gap around the edge. Add your favourite pizza toppings, and top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese,
- Place back in the oven for at least 5–7 minutes or until the cheese starts bubbling and begins to brown.
- Remove and allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing. Optionally, top with fresh basil and enjoy!
