This spring, Liver Canada’s Liver Beware Project is back, offering free testing to identify liver stiffness and scarring.
The Fibroscan is easy and non-invasive, using ultrasound technology to measure liver stiffness, and can also determine the approximate amount of fat in the liver. This testing is open to Canadians who reside in Greater Vancouver.
