This 2024 holiday season, we’re featuring not one but three (!!) delicious mocktails to support your liver health for the upcoming months. This time of year can sometimes lead to overindulgence which can put extra strain on your liver. With this in mind, we’ve created three delicious liver-friendly mocktails for you to enjoy! These mocktails provide a refreshing and mindful way to celebrate for you and your loved ones.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
½ inch peeled ginger, sliced
3oz pomegranate juice (no sugar added)
2oz cranberry juice (no sugar added)
2oz orange juice (no sugar added)
1-2oz club soda or sparkling water
ice cubes
handful of mint leaves
Directions:
Thinly slice the ginger and add to a mason jar (or cocktail shaker if you have one!) with a splash of hot water. Muddle or crush with your most appropriate kitchen tool. Then add the mint leaves and muddle again.
Add pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, orange juice and ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into 2 glasses with fresh ice.
Fill the remainder of glasses with club soda or sparkling water and garnish with an orange slice, fresh mint leaves, or cranberries.

Ingredients:
1 shot espresso (or ¼ cup of strong black coffee)
¼ cup coconut cream
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground allspice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
cubed ice
Instructions:
With a mason jar or a cocktail shaker, add your coconut cream, cinnamon, and allspice and use a milk frother or a whisk to blend together.
Then add in ice, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Pour into the glass of your choice and garnish with espresso beans if so desired.

Using your glass of choice, add ice and pour in your cranberry juice, ginger beer and squeeze in a wedge of lime. Use your other lime wedge to slice in the center and place on the rim of your glass.
Garnish with fresh mint and frozen cranberries and serve. Enjoy!
