Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toss squash, onion, carrots, thyme, and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelized.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer roasted vegetables to a Dutch oven. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stir in chicken broth, chili powder, paprika, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Stir occasionally until butter browns and foams.
