Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>For the tahini miso sauce, combine all ingredients except the water in a medium size bowl and whisk together. Only add the water if you prefer a thinner sauce, adding in small increments based on preference. (Note: this sauce is best as a thick dressing for the final step to drizzle on the cabbage steaks.)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>After slicing your cabbage into 1-inch-thick steaks, season with extra virgin olive oil and pepper.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Place the steaks on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15 minutes, removing the sheet to add on some of the tahini miso dressing for caramelization.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Add the baking sheet back to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until charred on the outside and still slightly crispy. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use a spoon to garnish with more sauce and sprinkle on pinches of your finely chopped parsley as a garnish.
