It\u2019s moments like these that remind me why this work is so important, not just for the lives we touch, but for the sense of togetherness that makes everything we do possible.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At its heart, Liver Canada is about people. It\u2019s about the individuals and families who trust us to provide guidance, the advocates who work tirelessly alongside us to push for change, and the everyday Canadians who join us in our mission because they believe in a future where liver diseases no longer steal moments from our lives.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t just serve a community\u2014we are part of it. The connections we\u2019ve built are personal, and they matter deeply to me and everyone involved with Liver Canada. Every time we help someone understand their liver health, every time we make progress in advocating for better health policies, it\u2019s a victory we all share. It\u2019s your support that makes these moments possible, and for that, I can\u2019t thank you enough.<\/span>\r\n<h4><b>As Liver Canada, we\u2019ve already seen incredible engagement since our rebrand:<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Since this campaign launched, we\u2019ve seen <span class=\"text-purple\"><strong>51,661<\/strong><\/span> people engage with our videos.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">We\u2019ve reached <span class=\"text-purple\"><strong>730,809<\/strong><\/span> Canadians to engage<span class=\"text-purple\"><strong> 2,324,028<\/strong><\/span> times through our awareness initiatives.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><b>We Are Liver Canada<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new chapter is just the beginning. Liver Canada exists to ensure that liver health is a priority for every Canadian. Whether you\u2019re living with a liver disease, caring for someone who is, or simply want to learn more, we are here for you.
