A Fundraiser in Support of Liver Research and Education
Thanks to the generous support from our volunteers, attendees, special guests, sponsors, and donors, we are thrilled to announce that the 2018 LIVERight Gala was a great success across the country. This national event raised over $1M in support of liver research and education!
Hosted at the historic Rialto in Montreal the 2nd annual Montreal LIVERight Gala Soirée featured a Marionnette Dinner Theatre, all in support of children and youth affected by liver disease.
Thank you to all attendees, volunteers, donors and sponsors who supported this magical evening.
We invite you to join us again in 2019!

Our guests enjoyed a Marionette Dinner Theatre Performance!
A unique Marionette Dinner Theatre event included performances by contemporary Quebec artist Julie Desrosiers and her feature stage performance: Les Bois Dormants.
Les Bois Dormants (Sleeping Antlers) is a visual and musical performance inspired by the world of fairy tales. It tells the story of a child faced with obstacles who makes an antler forest lying dormant inside him.
About the Artist: Julie Desrosiers is a contemporary puppeteer with a visual arts and stage design background. She recently received the Victor-Martyn-Lynch-Staunton award from the Canada Council for the Arts for her outstanding work. Julie tells her tales through materials, puppets, and movement with dramatic and poetic images.
